Rules:
Sunflower Bouquet For a Year Contest
Prize:
One(1) Grand Prize: Winner to receive one Sunflower-themed bouquet each month of 2011 beginning in January and ending in December. The value of this prize is $1,000.00. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply; void where prohibited by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Eligibility:
The Contest is open only to individuals 18 years or older at time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States and who are fans of Sunflowerguy.com. Employees of Dos Gringos, Sunflowerguy.com and their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouses and grandparents), and those living with any of the foregoing are not eligible.

To enter you must complete the required form on Sunflowerguy.com.
Winner Selection:
After 12.00 p.m. on December 31, 2011, the end of the contest period, a random drawing from all the eligible entries will conducted under Sponsor.s supervision. The winner will be notified via email and will have seven (7) days to confirm their eligibility. Any potential winner who does not meet the eligibility requirements will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.
Awarding the Prize:
The first of twelve (12) bouquets will be send to the winner in early January. Each month the winner will receive a bouquet. No prize substitutions or transfer is permitted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
General Rules and Limitations: Entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use each winner.s name, prize won, hometown and likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information for print publication, online posting, and any other promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in the contest you agree to release the sponsor . Sunflowerguy.com and respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers and agents from any and all liability, claims or action of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the contest, the processing of the entries, the announcement of prizes, or that may limit prize fulfillment or a participant.s ability to enter the contest. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from the contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the contest in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired or if the contest cannot be conducted as planned due to causes beyond control of the sponsor. In such event, winners will be selected from all valid entries received up to that point in time. Sponsor is not liable for lost, stolen, misdirected or late entries.
Dispute Resolution:
Except where prohibited by law, by entering you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of actions arising out of or connected with the contest or the awarding of the prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action any and an all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the contest be in no event any attorney.s fees and you hereby waive all right to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damage multiplied or otherwise increased. Any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the contest or the awarding of prizes, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of California and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such actions.
